Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach, including 50–60 cold calls per day, plus email, SMS, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Introduce Ernest’s construction and software offerings to prospective clients across franchise, retail, QSR, and commercial markets.
- Identify and engage general contractors, property owners, franchise operators, and other potential partners.
- Execute top-of-funnel calls to generate interest, qualify basic fit, and route engaged prospects to the sales team.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists aligned with Ernest’s ideal customer profile.
- Research companies, markets, and decision-makers to uncover new opportunities.
- Use Ernest’s platform to track outreach, document conversations, and manage lead status.
- Follow up consistently with warm leads to convert them into scheduled meetings.
- Track metrics and contribute to refining outreach strategies, scripts, and processes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff and alignment on pipeline priorities.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, prospecting, or top-of-funnel lead generation
- Comfort with high-volume outreach, including cold calling and multi-channel communication
- Very strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to research companies, identify decision-makers, and understand basic construction or commercial project contexts
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to track outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline activity
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
