About the Role

SpotOn is looking for a Territory Sales Representative / Restaurant Specialist to join our team in Marlborough, MA. In this role, you will serve as a local expert in your community, promoting our advanced technology solutions to small business and restaurant owners. You’ll be responsible for building positive relationships and managing the complete sales process.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a local representative for SpotOn by offering our full product suite to business owners in your community.
  • Travel within your designated territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new local businesses and merchants.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from start to finish for a growing portfolio of clients.
  • Hit sales targets, with a focus on software, point-of-sale solutions, and payment processing.
  • Collaborate with our Sales Support team to reach your monthly performance goals.
  • Maintain and manage client relationships in partnership with internal support teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with emphasis on small business owners, merchants, and restaurants.
  • A proven track record of meeting sales goals with a metrics-oriented, competitive attitude.
  • Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory buildout experience.
  • The ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations.
  • A willingness to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable.

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in Salesforce as a CRM.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Total on-target earnings of up to $120,000-$275,000 (inclusive of base salary and commission potential).
