SpotOn is hiring a Territory Sales Representative / Restaurant Specialist - Elmhurst, NY (Fluent in Spanish)

About the Role

SpotOn is hiring a Territory Sales Representative / Restaurant Specialist to represent our full product suite in the Elmhurst, NY area. In this role, you will build relationships with local business and restaurant owners to help grow their operations through advanced technology. Fluency in Spanish is required.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a local representative for SpotOn by offering technology solutions to business owners in your community.
  • Travel within your designated territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new merchants.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from start to finish for a growing portfolio of clients.
  • Hit sales targets, focusing on software, point-of-sale solutions, and payment processing.
  • Work closely with our extended Sales Support team to achieve monthly performance goals.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with an emphasis on small business owners, merchants, and restaurants.
  • Proven track record delivering against sales goals with a metrics-oriented approach.
  • Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory buildout experience.
  • Ability to maintain client relationships in collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer success.
  • Ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations.
  • Capacity to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable.
  • Fluent in Spanish.

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in Salesforce as a CRM.
