About the Role

SpotOn is hiring a Territory Sales Representative / Restaurant Specialist to be the local face of our company in Cranston, RI. In this role, you’ll promote SpotOn’s full product suite to independent business and restaurant owners, building positive relationships to help take their operations to the next level. You will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a local representative for SpotOn in your community by offering advanced technology solutions to local business owners.
  • Travel within your designated geographical territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new local merchants and restaurant owners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from start to finish for a growing portfolio of clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on software, point-of-sale solutions, and payment processing.
  • Collaborate closely with our extended Sales Support team to achieve your monthly performance goals.
  • Maintain client relationships in partnership with internal support teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with an emphasis on small business owners, merchants, and restaurants.
  • A proven track record of meeting sales goals with a metrics-oriented, competitive attitude.
  • Excellent skills in cold calling, prospecting, and territory development.
  • The ability to learn technology basics and apply them to practical business situations.
  • A commitment to embracing feedback and holding yourself accountable.

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency with Salesforce as a CRM is a plus.

Team & Environment

You will work with an extended Sales Support team to help reach your objectives and support your clients.

Work Mode

This is a local, field-based role requiring travel within the Cranston, RI territory.
