Dexcom Corporation is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive recommendations and use of our products across the assigned territory within Secondary Care, Primary Care, and Community Diabetes Teams. You will play a key role in increasing Dexcom market share and territory revenue, working within a global, mission-driven MedTech organization.
What You'll Do
- Align with annual strategic imperatives to drive product recommendations and use by providing solutions and support services.
- Increase Dexcom market share and territory revenue in line with company expectations, utilizing services and support from across the company.
- Provide training and in-servicing of Dexcom products to relevant healthcare professionals, dedicating a maximum of 10-15% of your time.
- Collaborate with internal Dexcom teams to optimize available policy and funding opportunities.
- Manage the territory for Dexcom, demonstrating effective planning according to territory and business needs.
- Use our CRM system daily to identify business development opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record of success in selling, preferably within a healthcare environment.
- Sound experience analyzing data—collating, organizing, and interpreting it to provide clear information for business planning and territory management.
- Strong commercial selling skills, including sales competency or selling skills training.
- Competent user of MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Understanding and previous experience with CRM systems.
- Full UK driving license with no more than 3 points.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5–8 years of related experience.
- You must have the Right to Work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
- Applicants must reside within this territory. Candidates living outside this territory will not be considered.

- Knowledge of the diabetes market in the UK.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in the territory covering St. Albans, Stevenage, Chelmsford, and Colchester.
