Dexcom Corporation is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to drive recommendations and use of its products across Secondary Care, Primary Care, and Community Diabetes Teams in North East London. You will be part of a global organization of over 10,000 colleagues focused on improving human health.
What You'll Do
- Align with annual strategic imperatives to drive recommendations and use of Dexcom products across the assigned territory.
- Increase Dexcom market share (sensor sales) and territory revenue in line with company expectations.
- Provide training and in-servicing of Dexcom products and ancillaries to relevant HCPs (10-15% time maximum).
- Collaborate with internal Dexcom teams to optimize available policy and funding opportunities.
- Manage the territory for Dexcom, demonstrating effective planning according to territory and business needs.
- Use CRM system daily to identify business development opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of success in selling, preferably within the healthcare environment.
- Sound experience analyzing data to provide clear information for business planning and territory management.
- Strong commercial selling skills, including sales competency or selling skills training.
- Competent user of MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Understanding and previous experience of CRM systems.
- Full UK driving license (with no more than 3 points).
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available.
- Applicants must reside within the territory (North East London, Stratford, Ilford, Walthamstow).
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience.

- Knowledge of diabetes market in the UK.
