Greenworks is hiring a Territory Sales Manager - Georgia/Alabama

About the Role

Position OverviewAs a Territory Sales Manager, you will lead sales efforts for professional outdoor power equipment across Georgia and Alabama. Your focus will be on expanding market reach by cultivating relationships with independent dealers and major end-user segments, including municipalities, schools, and hospitality organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and market penetration within the assigned region
  • Manage and maintain company demo equipment for customer demonstrations
  • Conduct product training sessions for distributor and dealer teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and marketing activations
  • Support the rollout of new products through targeted local strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and field teams to align initiatives
  • Deliver results in line with regional sales targets and business objectives

Qualifications

Candidates should bring a strong foundation in field sales within the outdoor power equipment or parts manufacturing sector. Success in this role requires sharp organizational abilities, clear communication, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience in OPE or OPE parts manufacturing
  • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence decision-makers
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus

Work Environment
