This role is a cornerstone of our people function, responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources operations as we grow. You will lead key HR initiatives, from onboarding to performance management, ensuring employees feel supported and aligned with our core values of Curiosity, Integrity, Kindness, Humility, and Builders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead traditional HR functions including employee relations, compensation planning, benefits administration, and HRIS management
- Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, offering guidance on policies, performance, and workplace concerns
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, coordinating with IT and other teams to ensure a seamless new hire experience
- Oversee compliance with employment laws and internal policies, maintaining accurate personnel records and documentation
- Administer offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and termination coordination
- Support the design and execution of performance review cycles and employee development plans
- Partner with leadership on disciplinary actions, performance improvement, and conflict resolution
- Maintain and enhance HR data integrity within the HRIS, using Dayforce or similar enterprise platforms
Qualifications
You bring at least five years of HR experience with a proven ability to work independently and manage complex employee issues with discretion. Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset are essential. You naturally build trust, demonstrate empathy, and consistently uphold a service-first approach.
Our ideal candidate aligns with our cultural values and has experience developing HR programs in performance management, compensation, or employee experience. A BS degree is preferred, as is prior experience with change management and HR compliance. Familiarity with Dayforce or comparable HRIS platforms is a plus.
