In this role, you'll focus on expanding market presence by engaging directly with prosthetists and healthcare providers, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and advancing long-term customer partnerships. Your success will be measured by consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales goals, supported by strategic planning and data-informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Exceed assigned sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship development with orthotic and prosthetic practitioners.
- Deliver structured sales presentations using TSM methodology to address customer needs and position product advantages effectively.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of prosthetics, competitive offerings, and industry trends to guide clinical customers toward optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with regional leadership and internal teams to align sales tactics with broader business objectives.
- Manage territory resources efficiently, including budget oversight and travel planning, to maximize productivity and return on effort.
- Support corporate initiatives such as product launches, go-to-market trials, and participation in industry events and leadership forums.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and submit timely reports on activity, expenses, and customer engagement.
- Uphold ethical standards and compliance with company policies, ensuring all interactions reflect a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a life science or business discipline, and bring 3–5 years of direct field sales experience in medical or healthcare products. A history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas for at least two consecutive years is essential. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities are required, along with readiness to travel up to 60% within the region. Residency in the Houston area is preferred.

- Base salary range: $68,518.62 – $84,630.90, plus performance bonus
