Role OverviewAs a Regional Service Sales Manager, you will lead the expansion of service contract sales across a designated region, working with both new and existing customers. You'll guide and develop sales representatives while driving strategies that boost service revenue and recurring monthly income. This position requires a strong field sales background, hands-on leadership, and consistent collaboration with regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and close service contract opportunities using proven B2B and B2C sales techniques
- Recruit, onboard, and coach field sales representatives to improve performance and accountability
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and local sales teams to support account growth and retention
- Create and execute strategic plans to enhance customer service and increase revenue streams
- Lead forecasting efforts and ensure achievement of annual service sales and time-and-materials targets
- Stay current on product knowledge, market dynamics, and competitive trends to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with regional operations and sales units to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Develop training content and sales tools to strengthen team capabilities
- Apply expertise in marketing, business development, and networking to surpass sales goals
- Travel regularly—approximately 25%—within the assigned region to support team and customer needs
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of five years in field-based sales or account management roles
- Valid driver’s license with no restrictions
Preferred
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com (SFDC)
- Proficiency in MS Office and other standard workplace software
- Established network of decision-makers in relevant markets

Work Environment
This role requires travel of about 25% within a defined geographic area. Work is conducted both in field settings and through coordination with regional teams, emphasizing flexibility and on-the-ground engagement.
