Role Overview
As Regional Sales Manager for Electrophysiology, you will lead a team of field sales professionals across Northern England, Scotland, and Ireland. Your primary focus will be driving revenue growth for a portfolio of advanced cardiac care technologies, including mapping systems, ablation catheters, and remote monitoring solutions. You will be responsible for shaping sales strategy, guiding team performance, and ensuring alignment with broader commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, performance reviews, and career development support
- Oversee all aspects of team execution, ensuring consistent delivery against revenue targets for the EP product line
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement market expansion strategies and improve customer engagement
- Communicate the clinical and technical advantages of the product portfolio to key decision-makers
- Stay informed on competitive dynamics, market trends, and evolving customer needs within the electrophysiology space
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all sales practices
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a degree in life sciences or a related field and bring substantial experience in medical device sales, preferably within cardiology. Proven leadership ability is essential, with a track record of managing sales teams and delivering results in competitive markets. Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills are required. A problem-solving mindset and commitment to ethical business practices are critical.
Previous experience in sales management within the healthcare sector is highly valued. Familiarity with electrophysiology or cardiology products will support success in this role.

Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid role, based remotely with a requirement to travel frequently across the territory. Approximately 75% of time will be spent in the field visiting sites, supporting team members, and engaging with customers.
