What You'll Do
In this field-based role, you’ll lead business development across your assigned territory, shaping strategy and driving measurable growth in a dynamic healthcare environment. Your focus will be on building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering clinical insights, and ensuring patients successfully transition to advanced diabetes management solutions.
You’ll take ownership of sales performance, consistently meeting and exceeding targets by identifying high-impact opportunities and aligning resources effectively. Through strategic planning and data-driven decision-making, you’ll optimize outreach, improve customer engagement, and expand market presence. Using Salesforce and other tools, you’ll track insights and maintain accurate records to guide ongoing efforts.
By attending community events, connecting with key influencers, and engaging across medical offices—from clinicians to administrative staff—you’ll strengthen visibility and trust. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support, always centering the patient experience.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher
- Minimum of five years of successful sales experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the territory, including occasional overnight trips
- Proven ability to design and execute territory strategies and sales plans
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with large data systems and personal medical technology, such as insulin pumps and glucose monitoring devices
- Ability to lift and transport up to 30 pounds of sales materials and equipment
- Residency within the assigned geographic area required

- Bachelor’s degree
- Established network of relationships with endocrinologists and primary care providers focused on diabetes care

Compensation
Base salary of $90,000; eligible for incentive compensation based on performance.
Work Mode
This is a field-based position based in Lancaster, PA. Regular local travel is expected, with up to 2–5 overnights per month required to support territory needs.
