Position Overview
Join a global healthcare organization focused on expanding access to high-quality medicines by advancing eye care solutions across the Peabody, MA territory. The Territory Manager, Eye Care will lead commercial efforts by engaging eye care professionals with accurate, education-driven messaging rooted in patient needs and clinical insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets through strategic planning and consistent execution within the assigned geography
- Build and sustain professional relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and key decision-makers
- Deliver compliant, medically accurate information using approved materials and messaging
- Leverage disease-state expertise and market trends to identify and act on growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to share customer insights and support broader strategic goals
- Use CRM and business planning tools to track performance, prioritize activities, and optimize territory management
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory, legal, and compliance standards in all interactions
- Represent core company values through ethical conduct, teamwork, and customer-centric engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years in pharmaceutical, medical device, or related field sales
- Proven success in applying clinical knowledge and consultative selling techniques
- Strong command of medical terminology and healthcare environments
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory, including occasional overnight trips
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and data management systems
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience in eye care is a plus, though not required
Work Environment
This is a field-based role covering Peabody and surrounding areas including Lynn, Lowell, Boston, Portland, Nashua, Manchester, and Dover. Travel is expected based on business needs. The position requires access to healthcare facilities and adherence to site-specific requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $98,000 – $147,941 USD. Final offer may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
