Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand market presence across a defined territory
- Build trusted relationships with healthcare providers, decision-makers, and key opinion leaders
- Deepen understanding of clinical pathways, treatment protocols, and patient identification processes
- Support patient access by collaborating on reimbursement processes, prior authorizations, and payer requirements
- Monitor and manage sales performance, budget allocation, and account development
- Deliver compliant, science-based product education and lead local training initiatives
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer networks through proactive outreach
- Track and report on key account metrics, presenting progress to stakeholders regularly
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving clinical practices
- Organize and participate in professional events, including medical congresses, roundtable discussions, and educational sessions
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience through a combination of education and at least ten years of relevant work history. A valid driver’s license (Category B) is required. Fluency in English—both written and verbal—is essential.
Preferred candidates will have at least two years of experience in sales or account management, particularly within healthcare, with a focus on ophthalmology, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices. Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals, adaptability in learning technical content, and strong interpersonal skills are highly valued.
