Drive enterprise growth in a transformative insurance technology space
In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end sales initiatives targeting large U.S. insurance carriers. You’ll initiate conversations with senior decision-makers and financial owners, guiding them from first contact through negotiation and agreement execution. Your focus will be on clearly demonstrating how our AI-driven platform improves underwriting speed, accuracy, and profitability—delivering tangible value from the earliest interactions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the complete sales cycle using a structured, repeatable approach tailored to enterprise clients
- Engage C-suite and P&L leaders at top-tier insurers to understand strategic goals and align solutions
- Articulate technical and business value quickly, turning early meetings into active opportunities
- Navigate procurement and legal processes to secure agreements that enable fast deployment
- Leverage CRM and sales tools to track progress, forecast accurately, and scale outreach
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years in enterprise sales, with deep experience in SaaS selling
- Track record of winning new clients at large, complex organizations
- Background in fast-growing startups or high-velocity sales environments
- Resilient mindset—persistent, resourceful, and committed to overcoming obstacles
- Strong strategic listener who can uncover business priorities and tailor messaging
- Organized, process-driven, and fluent in sales technology stacks
- Someone who values direct, honest dialogue and thrives in transparent cultures
Preferred Background
- Experience in financial technology or insurance verticals
- Prior success selling software solutions to insurance carriers
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranges from $135,000 to $175,000, with on-target earnings up to twice base through uncapped commission. The role includes a significant equity package and eligibility for employer-matched 401(k).
