As a Sales Developer, you will play a key role in expanding the business presence across the Cork region. Your focus will be on cultivating new client relationships while strengthening connections with existing accounts to ensure long-term growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business prospects through proactive outreach and relationship-building
- Expand and enhance the current customer base by understanding client needs and aligning solutions
- Drive profitable sales by delivering targeted promotions and introducing new product offerings effectively
- Meet and exceed agreed sales and debtor targets through disciplined follow-up and account management
- Maintain accurate records for all sales activities and new account development

Qualifications and Attributes
A valid full driver’s licence is required. Ideal candidates will have a history of success in sales, particularly within FMCG, foodservice, or wholesale. You should be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and skilled in both verbal and written communication.
