Manage and expand key retail partnerships across France in the toys, games, and lifestyle categories. As the National Account Manager, you’ll oversee a dedicated portfolio, ensuring revenue targets are met through strategic planning, forecasting, and relationship development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations on annual trading terms in line with regional investment guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing to execute in-store and digital promotional campaigns
- Forecast demand to maintain optimal inventory levels and support recurring revenue
- Develop strong relationships with senior buyers and category decision-makers
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive new business initiatives
- Represent the brand at trade events and industry gatherings as needed
- Stay current on product lines and sales strategies through ongoing training
- Ensure consistent execution of commercial plans across all accounts
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in account management, ideally in FMCG or entertainment retail
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Experience working with ERP or CRM systems
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel regularly within France
- An agile, proactive mindset suited to a fast-moving environment
