Position Overview
Join a growing team focused on delivering advanced mobile fluid power solutions to OEM customers. In this role, you'll take ownership of the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals, while providing technical insight tailored to client needs. Success depends on strategic planning, relationship-building, and effective use of internal resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to build a targeted sales strategy and prospect pipeline
- Conduct outreach through cold calling, lead qualification, and in-person presentations
- Apply knowledge of mobile hydraulics to recommend solutions that meet operational requirements
- Coordinate with technical support and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Use MS Outlook, Excel, and CRM systems to manage territory and track progress
Qualifications
- Technical diploma (2- or 4-year) in engineering, fluid power, or related field; equivalent experience accepted
- Minimum of two years in industrial sales, specifically with off-highway mobile fluid power systems serving OEMs
- Proven ability to build and sustain business relationships
- Clear, effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with standard computer applications
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel overnight when necessary
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Fluid Power certification
- Hands-on experience applying or troubleshooting hydraulic systems
