Drive sales growth in the industrial adhesives and tapes sector across Ireland and Northern Ireland as a Territory Sales Executive. You'll work directly with end users, distributors, and engineering consultants to promote product solutions, conduct live demonstrations, and uncover new business opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Introduce and sell designated industrial adhesives and tapes products to targeted customers and end users
- Deliver technical product demonstrations that highlight performance advantages and real-world applications
- Meet and exceed sales targets in line with the division’s operating plan
- Develop in-depth knowledge of product specifications, competitive landscape, and customer needs
- Monitor market trends and report shifts that could affect business performance
- Manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and opportunity tracking
- Train distributor sales teams—both internal and field-based—on product features and selling techniques
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system for all customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress
- Stay current on industry developments, application methods, and evolving customer requirements
