We're looking for a motivated B2C Sales Consultant to help expand our residential cleaning services across the UK. In this fully remote role, you'll connect with potential customers, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate service plans through professional and consultative conversations.
What You’ll Do
- Manage incoming warm leads and conduct sales calls with homeowners and tenants.
- Identify customer requirements and suggest tailored cleaning packages that fit their lifestyle and schedule.
- Accurately log interactions and track progress using our CRM system.
- Follow up consistently to close bookings and exceed monthly targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of two years in direct-to-consumer sales with a proven record of hitting or surpassing goals.
- Strong spoken and written English skills for clear, confident communication.
- Ability to stay focused and productive while working independently from home.
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools—Word, Excel, Outlook—for daily tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms for managing leads and client information.
- Reliable computer and a stable internet connection (minimum 20mbps).
- Resilience to handle objections and maintain momentum after setbacks.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay of R8,000 per month with uncapped commission—top performers earn up to R25,000 monthly. You’ll receive full onboarding and training, work entirely remotely, and enjoy 40 days of paid leave annually.
