As a Digital Sales Consultant, you will manage incoming leads for residential and end-of-tenancy cleaning services across the UK, operating entirely remotely. Your primary responsibility is to engage potential clients through phone and digital channels, understand their needs, and secure confirmed bookings by offering suitable service options.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on online and warm leads to convert them into scheduled cleaning appointments
- Advise customers on the most appropriate cleaning solutions based on their requirements
- Accurately record all client interactions and maintain up-to-date information in the CRM system
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals through effective outreach and follow-up
Qualifications and Skills
You bring at least two years of experience in direct or phone-based sales, with a proven ability to close deals and meet targets. You communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing. Comfort with remote work is essential—you’re self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, along with hands-on experience using CRM platforms to track leads and manage customer data. You remain composed and focused when facing rejection and are resilient under performance pressure.
