As a Senior Auto Finance Sales Representative, you'll work directly with franchise automobile dealers to expand lending relationships, deliver tailored financial solutions, and support long-term business development across the Metro-Tampa, Lakeland, and Naples markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a comprehensive suite of auto finance products and services to franchise dealers
- Conduct direct sales outreach and relationship-building with dealership decision-makers

Qualifications
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and at least two years of experience in auto finance sales. Preferred candidates will have established relationships with local dealers, familiarity with multi-dealership networks, and a bachelor’s degree.
Strong communication, sales, and negotiation abilities are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint—is required, along with solid typing and pre-call preparation skills.
Work Environment
This hybrid role offers flexibility with a mix of remote and in-person work across West Florida. The schedule supports field engagement with dealers while allowing time for remote planning and reporting. Specific in-office expectations will be coordinated with the hiring team.
