This training program is designed to develop future sales professionals through immersive learning across multiple departments and locations. As a Sales Trainee, you’ll rotate through key areas including manufacturing, pre-sales, architectural support, field service, finance, and marketing to build a well-rounded understanding of the business. You’ll shadow experienced sales mentors in various territories, gaining firsthand insight into effective sales strategies and partner engagement.

- Develop skills in growing sales teams through market-focused training, product education, and technological tools
- Gain practical experience by working alongside teams across the organization
- Learn the ins and outs of the channel sales model and how to deliver value to partners
- Support targeted projects that align with business goals
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Willingness to relocate after program completion
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to collaborate across teams and build lasting relationships
- Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
- Availability for significant travel—over 75%—including extended stays at various locations
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers an hourly wage of $27 to $35, with bonus potential. Work Environment
