Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain lead relationships during technical evaluation to advance movement through the sales process
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and support product adoption for new clients
  • Oversee system deployment and integration into customer operations, including planning, execution, and tracking progress
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with technical and business contacts at client organizations
  • Proactively interact with customers—remotely or in person—to assess objectives, behaviors, obstacles, and potential areas for improvement
  • Deliver product demos and lead technical discovery meetings, either virtually or on-site
  • Detect potential churn indicators and collaborate across teams to implement solutions
  • Take charge of renewal conversations and uncover opportunities for account growth
  • Encourage customer advocacy by gathering success stories, testimonials, and reference participation
