What You’ll Do
- Design and execute territory plans that align resources with high-impact opportunities, driving consistent growth and market share
- Guide the patient onboarding journey, ensuring seamless coordination between clinical teams, administrative staff, and internal partners
- Deliver evidence-based product education with clinical confidence, differentiating solutions through deep understanding of Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes
- Build trust across medical offices—engaging both clinicians and support staff—to become a trusted advisor in patient care and practice success
- Use Salesforce and performance data to track results, refine strategies, and direct outreach with precision
- Represent the brand at community events, fundraisers, and professional gatherings to strengthen presence within the diabetes care network
- Collaborate across functions to solve challenges, improve processes, and ensure every interaction supports long-term patient and provider satisfaction
What You Bring
- Associate degree or higher, with at least five years of sales experience in healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences
- Proven record of exceeding targets in a field-based, B2B environment
- Familiarity with diabetes management technologies, including insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring systems
- Ability to travel locally and regionally, including occasional overnight trips, with a valid driver’s license and capacity to transport equipment up to 30 pounds
- Preference given to candidates with established relationships in the diabetes care community, particularly with endocrinologists and primary care providers
