Shape meaningful partnerships in higher education and workforce development
As a Business Development Representative focused on LATAM, you’ll drive early engagement with institutions and professional programs by identifying those best positioned to improve employment outcomes. Your work begins with research—understanding each organization’s structure, motivations, and decision-making processes—so every outreach is informed and intentional.
You’ll initiate conversations through phone, email, and digital channels, targeting career services teams, academic leadership, and senior administrators. These discussions go beyond surface interest: you’ll assess readiness, alignment with measurable outcomes, and long-term fit. When a prospect isn’t aligned, you’ll disqualify with clarity and professionalism, preserving trust and focus.
Refine strategy through insight and experimentation
- Develop and test messaging tailored to distinct buyer personas across education and training institutions
- Run structured outreach campaigns—varying content, channels, and timing—and analyze performance to improve results
- Use AI tools to enhance research, personalize communication, and streamline workflow
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM systems like HubSpot to guide follow-up and team coordination
- Share market insights with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to shape broader engagement strategies
You’ll challenge assumptions when necessary, offering thoughtful perspective if a prospect’s current strategy falls short of driving real impact. Success in this role means not just activity volume, but depth of insight, precision in targeting, and integrity in qualification.
Who thrives here
Ideal candidates have experience in B2B sales or marketing, particularly in complex, committee-driven environments like higher education or regulated sectors. You’re comfortable initiating cold outreach to senior stakeholders, and you approach each interaction with curiosity and purpose. You’re analytical, self-directed, and driven by results—not just effort.
Familiarity with SaaS or subscription models is valuable, as is experience in early-stage organizations where initiative and adaptability define progress. You use CRM platforms to plan and reflect on your work, and you’re fluent in pipeline fundamentals like qualification, conversion, and prioritization.
Work environment and support
This is a remote role with flexible scheduling—designed to support personal well-being and professional focus. You’ll receive a one-time office stipend, monthly allowances for education, internet, and wellness, and access to unlimited paid time off. Parental leave is fully paid, reflecting our commitment to life outside work.
We’re a profitable, self-funded AI-first company dedicated to improving how people find meaningful work. If you value ownership, precision, and impact over optics, you’ll find your place here.
