As a Middle SEO & Content Growth Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving user acquisition for a growing product-focused IT company based in Ukraine. Your primary focus will be creating and optimizing high-conversion content that aligns with user search intent, directly influencing download numbers and revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and publish SEO-driven content such as articles, landing pages, and product guides that attract high-intent users
- Leverage AI-powered writing and research tools to accelerate content creation and test new ideas efficiently
- Manage the full content lifecycle—from identifying search opportunities to publishing and ongoing optimization
- Enhance existing content to improve performance metrics including traffic, trial signups, and conversions
- Analyze user behavior and search trends to uncover new content opportunities
- Monitor key performance indicators and adapt strategy based on data insights
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of marketing experience in product-led or startup environments
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for content generation, research, and workflow automation
- Strong grasp of SEO principles and how content influences user journeys
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver consistent results
- Comfort interpreting analytics and translating data into actionable improvements
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice-to-Have
- Experience creating tutorial-style or video content, including for platforms like YouTube
- Familiarity with SaaS or software products
- Background in optimizing user onboarding flows or landing pages
