Your role is to confirm interest, qualify individuals, and schedule virtual appointments for licensed representatives—all using a clear script and CRM system. This is a performance-driven position with no requirement to sell policies or hold insurance credentials.
What You’ll Do
- Place outbound calls to interested leads using a guided approach
- Verify eligibility and confirm interest in benefits options
- Set and log virtual appointments via Zoom
- Record interactions and maintain up-to-date notes in the CRM
- Meet consistent daily and weekly activity targets
