Laborie is hiring a Territory Manager (Central Los Angeles)

About the Role

Laborie is looking for an Associate Territory Manager (Central Los Angeles) to join the Urology Sales team. In this role, you will partner with the sales team to maximize revenue growth and achieve sales goals by leading activities within a defined subset of accounts in the territory.

What You'll Do

  • Execute team sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and achieve annual sales goals.
  • Demonstrate competency of the Urology product portfolio and become familiar with the full Laborie product line to effectively assist customers.
  • Develop sales-specific skills and territory management responsibilities, including business planning, pipeline management, and CRM reporting needs.
  • Establish professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel.
  • Conduct follow-up customer visits to ensure products are functioning properly and/or provide training support.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A)
  • 1-2 years of selling experience, preferably within medical device
  • Strong problem-solving skills, results orientated approach, and demonstrated teamwork with colleagues in group settings
  • Ability to handle multiple projects within a fast paced, sales driven environment

  • Open to potential relocation with successful development into Territory Manager opportunities

This is a local, field-based position in Central Los Angeles.
