About the Role

Vorwerk is looking for a Territory Manager - Auto Financing to develop and manage a defined sales territory in the Hessen-Thüringen region. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and servicing existing ones, implementing strategic sales approaches to achieve new business and present value volume.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and grow your defined sales territory.
  • Identify market segments and determine the most effective sales approaches.
  • Acquire new customers and care for existing customers to achieve new business and present value volume.
  • Implement qualitative guidelines to expand new business, including quality standards and systematic execution of sales campaigns.
  • Increase operational efficiency by adhering to metrics such as maximum rejection rates.
  • Conduct sales activities at trade fairs and customer events.
  • Plan and execute regional dealer events.
  • Observe competition in the regional market and provide corresponding reporting.
  • Motivate salespeople through incentive programs.

What We're Looking For

  • Completed commercial vocational training.
  • At least two years of professional experience in sales of financial products.
  • Structured way of working and strong organizational skills.
  • Engagement, reliability, and high assertiveness.
  • Proven track record as a strong sales partner.
  • Very good communication skills and teamwork.
