This role focuses on advancing patient care by promoting and supporting medical technologies that address critical health challenges in respiratory compromise, blood oxygen management, and perioperative safety. As the Territory Manager, you’ll work directly within healthcare facilities across your assigned region, engaging with clinicians and decision-makers to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Sell and demonstrate consumables and capital equipment for Acute Care & Monitoring, aligning product capabilities with clinical requirements.
- Develop trusted partnerships with key stakeholders in hospitals, including those in ICU, ED, OT, and NICU environments.
- Deliver training and clinical education to healthcare teams, ensuring confident and effective use of technology.
- Respond to technical inquiries and product questions, providing timely resolution—even outside standard hours when necessary.
- Stay ahead of clinical trends and competitive offerings through active market observation and engagement.
- Adapt strategies based on real-world feedback and evolving market dynamics to maximize performance and patient impact.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will hold NCEA Level 3 or equivalent and bring six years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales. A valid driver’s licence is required, with willingness to travel up to 30% of the time. Prior exposure to hospital-based clinical settings—such as operating theatres, intensive care units, or emergency departments—is valued but not mandatory.
