M&T Bank is looking for a Territory Business Manager B2B to cover Northeast England. This is a hands-on role where you will build relationships with customers and use your technical knowledge to solve their fleet challenges. You will enjoy variety, growth, and the chance to make a real impact.
What You'll Do
- Spend most of your time with customers, learning about their fleets and operations to identify how to solve their challenges.
- Be hands-on with vehicles, inspecting them in various weather conditions.
- Ensure all customer calls and activities are recorded in Salesforce.
- Show customers the value offered to help win, grow, and maintain business.
- Manage your time effectively and deliver against all role objectives.
- Potentially undertake overnight stays and occasional weekend work to capture key fleet information.
What We're Looking For
- Full driving licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Live in the Northeast of England.

- A background in sales is helpful.
- Resilience and the ability to listen and understand customer needs.
