Cubby Beds is hiring a Territory Account Representative - Southeast Region

About the Role

Cubby Beds is seeking a Territory Account Representative for our Southeast Region to drive growth and success across our distribution network. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) distributors, ensuring they are supported, in-serviced, and set up to succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Own the distributor lifecycle from prospecting and onboarding to ongoing support and revenue generation.
  • Build strong relationships and ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
  • Identify and communicate industry trends, funding challenges, customer needs, and competitor strategies to internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to manage sales opportunities, forecast revenue, and monitor customer engagement.
  • Manage account-related activities including credit limit negotiations, growth program and pricing analysis, and providing in-services.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including visiting Denver HQ at least once per quarter (more in the first 3-6 months for onboarding, training, and relationship building).
  • Must live in the Southeast Region, states include: Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.

Nice to Have

  • Candidates who live in/near Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, and Columbia, SC.
  • Experience in a clinical setting using clinical research and statistics to support product value propositions.

Team & Environment

This position reports to the Director of Business Development.

  • Compensation: $77,000-$90,000 base salary + equity via Stock Options.

Work Mode

This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in the Southeast Region: Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, or Virginia.
