CSL Seqirus is hiring a Territory Account Manager to lead sales, market development, and strategic planning for our products across the Atlanta, GA territory. In this field-based role, you will be the face of the company, engaging daily with healthcare professionals in nephrology and dialysis settings to drive impact for patients.
What You'll Do
- Execute all aspects of sales, market development, and strategic planning for company products within the assigned territory.
- Engage with healthcare professionals involved in treating renal patients in key practice settings, including office, hospital, and dialysis centers.
- Conduct daily travel within the territory covering Atlanta, Marrietta, Macon, Savannah, GA; Florida-Jacksonville, Gainesville, Tallahassee.
- Call on and build relationships with Nephrologists, health systems, dialysis organizations, and their staff.
- Sell the benefits of our products to all key customers, including physicians, nurses, renal dietitians, pharmacists, and hospitals.
- Demonstrate advanced disease state knowledge and deep product expertise.
- Establish positive and productive relationships across marketplace networks.
- Analyze sales performance and adjust business plans and approaches accordingly.
- Maintain up-to-date call records for all field contacts and submit required reports.
- Represent a positive and professional image of the company both externally and internally.
- Collaborate effectively with Commercial partners.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong preference for experience in Nephrology, Renal, and/or Dialysis.
- A proven track record as a top sales performer.
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling.
- Account management experience navigating a complex, competitive marketplace.
Nice to Have
- Sales experience in Renal, Dialysis, Nephrology, Specialty pharma, Rare Disease, and Hospital settings.
- Experience working within IDN (Integrated Delivery Network) systems is highly preferred.
Team & Environment
You will report directly into the Regional Business Manager.
Work Mode
This is a field-based role requiring daily travel. You will be responsible for the local territory covering Atlanta, GA; Marrietta, GA; Macon, GA; Savannah, GA; Jacksonville, FL; Gainesville, FL; and Tallahassee, FL.
