About the Role

EquipmentShare is looking for a Territory Account Manager to drive growth and transform the construction industry. You’ll be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals in Mound House, NV, executing a full sales strategy from market analysis to customer retention.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a geographical territory, executing full sales strategy from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation to customer retention.
  • Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests, utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Develop new business and acquire clients by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, educating them on how EquipmentShare solves their problems.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction and keep them updated on new ways EquipmentShare can help.
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.
  • Manage and support job site activities and projects with remote and on-site involvement.
  • Assist with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site.

What We're Looking For

  • Tenacious and innovative with superior outside sales experience and a proven sales track record.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced growing company and stay continuously educated on latest products/services.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, but thrives in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.

Nice to Have

  • Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales.

Work Mode

This is an onsite position located in Mound House, NV.
