About the Role

TBC Corporation is hiring an Account Manager to drive growth within assigned markets. You will be responsible for expanding our current and prospective customer base, driving dealer enrollments, and unlocking potential in the Fleet Channel. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and a focus on building lasting customer relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Actively engage and grow current and prospective customers in your assigned market to ensure penetration across all channels.
  • Drive Associate Dealer enrollments and engagements with Independent Tire Dealers.
  • Unlock growth potential in the Fleet Channel through new account acquisition and the maintenance of existing fleet accounts.
  • Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, and other business areas.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and supplier partners.
  • Participate in the deployment of marketing and promotional programs.
  • Demonstrate the ability to convert leads into profitable sales.
  • Facilitate and communicate NTW-specific promotions and programs.
  • Educate dealers regarding Fleet requirements, account growth, and sales.
  • Facilitate dealer training opportunities and deliver strong presentations.
  • Develop customized business plans to present to customers to assist in their growth.
  • Use Salesforce.com to increase customer interaction, track opportunities, and unlock growth.
  • Hold monthly and quarterly business reviews with customers to show growth opportunities and articulate NTW's support.
  • Meet and exceed established sales metrics and targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Automotive, tire experience, or other transferrable sales skills.
  • Demonstrated business and financial acumen.
  • Professional appearance and effective virtual and in-person communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed with a strong results orientation.
  • Valid driver's license and a MOTUS-compliant vehicle.
  • Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
  • A self-starter who can work independently with little to no daily or weekly guidance.

Nice to Have

  • A B.A. or B.S. in Business, Sales, or Marketing is preferred.
  • 3+ years of related business experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
