Peppr is hiring a Territory Account Executive to prospect, close deals, and manage territory growth for SMB restaurants in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. We believe technology should empower restaurants to thrive, and you'll be instrumental in providing them with the tools they need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Conduct a high level of prospecting activity within your assigned territory to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Execute the full sales process on qualified prospects, including discovery calls, live demos, and closing deals.
- Manage and grow your assigned territory, ensuring maximum market coverage and penetration.
- Exceed performance metrics, including the number of new locations acquired.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of SMB outside/field sales experience in a sourcing and/or closing role.
- An assertive communicator who can effectively convey value propositions.
- A genuine and authentic approach to building trust with clients.
- A proven closer with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- High motivation and hunger for success.
- High energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to inspire others.
- Must live local to the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.
Nice to Have
- Experience with POS/restaurant tech or merchant services sales.
- Deep operational knowledge of restaurants.
- Experience in SaaS and Merchant Service sales.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $120,000-$130,000 OTE (base salary plus variable)
