AGCO Corporation is looking for a Territorial Sales Manager to drive sales and provide expert guidance within the agricultural sector in Mexico. You will be responsible for achieving sales objectives for tractors and machinery while directly supporting dealers and customers in your territory.
What You'll Do
- Meet monthly retail purchase and sales targets for tractors and agricultural machinery within your territory.
- Request, follow up, and maintain controls over sales forecasts and order scheduling for your dealers.
- Advise dealers, salespeople, and end customers on sales and acquisition processes for tractors, forage equipment, and specialized equipment.
- Implement and follow up on commercial programs published by Sales and Marketing.
- Coordinate the execution of the field demonstration plan.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in agricultural machinery sales.
- Background in administration and marketing.
- General knowledge of agronomy and/or agribusiness.
Nice to Have
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Knowledge of SAP.
