Yell Ltd is hiring a Telesales Account Manager - Belfast / Remote

About the Role

As a Telesales Account Manager, you'll manage and expand an established portfolio of clients, focusing on long-term retention and increased revenue. You'll act as a strategic partner, reviewing campaign results and advising on digital marketing solutions that deliver measurable returns.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee a defined customer base with clear quarterly goals for retention and revenue growth
  • Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the company’s digital offerings
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, using data insights to recommend optimised strategies
  • Create and execute account development plans to increase client investment and lifetime value
  • Collaborate with internal service and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
  • Log all customer interactions and forecast activity accurately in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or telesales with a focus on customer growth
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and guide client decisions
  • Excellent communication abilities and a consultative approach to client relationships
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and a record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with core hours Monday to Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 8:30am–4:00pm
