What You'll Do
In this role, you will lead key account development for pharmaceutical and animal welfare products in the aquaculture sector across Norway, Iceland, and the Faroe Islands. You'll maintain a strong field presence, engaging directly with major clients, industry influencers, and producer groups to strengthen partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
You will serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing expert guidance on product use and applications. By collaborating with technical teams, you'll help train customer staff and support on-site implementation of Pharmaceutical and Welfare solutions. Active participation in industry events and seminars will help represent the business and expand market visibility.
You'll execute targeted marketing initiatives at the customer level, aligned with broader strategic plans, and contribute to shaping long-term aquaculture business strategies. Monitoring market trends and competitor activity will inform sales planning and campaign effectiveness. You are responsible for meeting revenue and performance targets, including oversight of customer treatment programs, and identifying new business avenues in emerging segments.
Requirements
- Holds a university degree and at least three years of hands-on experience in aquaculture production
- Has in-depth understanding of European aquaculture markets, trends, and business dynamics
- Demonstrates proven success in sales and key account management
- Capable of developing and managing detailed business and sales plans
- Experienced in project management and strategic planning
- Comfortable working independently under deadlines and in fast-evolving environments
- Skilled at influencing stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical, marketing, and sales functions
- Willing to travel frequently—approximately 50% of time across the region

Work Mode
This is a remote-based role with a hybrid structure, requiring regular travel across Norway, Iceland, and the Faroe Islands. No relocation or visa sponsorship is available.
