What You'll Do
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling, networking, participation in professional associations, and strategic use of social media. Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in CORE, HUB’s internal system. Work toward defined sales and activity targets set in collaboration with leadership. Support ongoing client service by coordinating with team members to ensure continuity and satisfaction. Represent the organization positively within the community and uphold its core values in every interaction.
Stay current with industry knowledge and licensing requirements by participating in ongoing education and training. Build and sustain strong relationships with insurance carriers. Engage in additional responsibilities as needed to support team and organizational goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, prospecting, and professional networking
- Ability to secure required insurance licenses after hire
- Commitment to making regular outreach calls and engaging in networking activities
- Highly organized, disciplined, and capable of working independently
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when necessary
- Strong skills in reading comprehension, written communication, and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications
- A two-year or four-year degree is preferred
