At Deloitte, we are looking for a Technology Project Lead to support the delivery and deployment of our Ascend Integrated Gateway, Suites, and related assets. You will work directly with a technical delivery manager, actively engaging with cross-functional teams and executing within the SAFe framework throughout the software development lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with function leadership to support SDLC execution.
- Lead and coordinate milestone tasks with cross-functional workstreams, including code scans, penetration testing, disaster recovery, performance testing, and technical compliance.
- Manage plans and prepare leadership reports on progress.
- Facilitate meetings, identify and raise issues, and ensure remediation steps are taken.
- Become an integral part of the Global Ascend technology team, supporting the development of a comprehensive technology release plan.
- Lead L1 support activities and work with other teams on remediation during system failures.
- Support minor O&M releases independently to ensure timely response to end user needs.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in technology deployment across lifecycle environments.
- Experience in technical project management of enterprise-scale cloud implementations.
- Experience with SAFe methodology and Agile framework from planning to delivery.
- Understanding of emerging technology concepts like Azure CoPilot and LLMs/SLMs to assist with technical planning.
- Experience engaging with technology counterparts to proactively identify and address technical issues, including discussions with vendors and cloud service providers.
- Understanding and prior experience leading technical projects with cloud services and data tools.
- Ability to engage with global teams and stakeholders across US, EMEA, and APAC time zones.
Nice to Have
- SAFe certification is a plus.
- Understanding of advanced DevOps tools, including CI/CD pipeline orchestration, AI/ML OPs, and GitHub is a strong plus.
- Prior technical project/product management or business analysis experience is a plus.
