Talentus Global is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to join their dynamic team, supporting IT projects focused on implementing and upgrading ServiceNow solutions. This role ensures timely delivery within scope while collaborating with stakeholders and managing project execution using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects involving the implementation and upgrading of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Plan, execute, and oversee project tasks, leveraging a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and provide clear project updates
- Utilize project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and project management tools to ensure effective project execution
- Manage project budgets, resources, risks, and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change logs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Extensive experience managing IT projects, particularly with implementing and upgrading ServiceNow solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules to effectively plan, execute, and oversee project tasks
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and experience in using project management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide clear project updates
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, resources, risks, and timelines, ensuring successful project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction
- English B2 or above is mandatory
- Maintain a fully professional work environment within the home setting
