As a Technical Project Manager, you will drive the end-to-end development of gaming products, overseeing both product and packaging execution from initial concept through to manufacturing production (MP/OSD). You will coordinate closely with global marketing, design, and engineering teams to align on deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full lifecycle of product and package development, including structural design, graphics, and documentation, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with international teams to define master package configurations, develop SKU plans, and manage BOM creation and product release processes.
- Plan and prioritize development activities, maintaining rigorous project schedules and ensuring timely delivery of all packaging components.
- Work with localization teams across regions to ensure accurate translation and timely delivery of retail materials.
- Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track resolution to support smooth project progression.
- Ensure final packaging and product documentation meet customer experience and out-of-box expectations without major defects.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is required for effective communication in a global environment.
- 5–7 years of project management experience, preferably in consumer electronics, gaming accessories, or related hardware development.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects from concept through NPI to stable manufacturing.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools used across development and commercialization phases.
- Solid understanding of Bills of Material and change management processes.
- Experience working in cross-functional, global teams with distributed stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google or Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, presentations, and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
