- Prepare documentation for proposals, quotes, and project specifications

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines and industry standards
- Work with engineering teams to adapt products for specific customer applications
- Attend customer sites to assess operating conditions and system configurations
- Track and report on technical support activities and customer interactions
- Assist in resolving warranty and quality-related technical inquiries
- Stay informed about competitor products and market trends
- Participate in training sessions for internal staff and external partners
- Support new product development with customer feedback and field data
- Ensure compliance with technical regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate with manufacturing to address custom design requests
- Present technical data to non-technical stakeholders clearly
