About the Role

This role combines technical knowledge with sales acumen to support customers in selecting and applying filtration products, ensuring solutions meet performance requirements while driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance to customers during product selection and application
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Analyze system requirements to ensure proper filter compatibility and performance
  • Support pre-sales activities including product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Prepare documentation for proposals, quotes, and project specifications
  • Troubleshoot field issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines and industry standards
  • Work with engineering teams to adapt products for specific customer applications
  • Attend customer sites to assess operating conditions and system configurations
  • Track and report on technical support activities and customer interactions
  • Assist in resolving warranty and quality-related technical inquiries
  • Stay informed about competitor products and market trends
  • Participate in training sessions for internal staff and external partners
  • Support new product development with customer feedback and field data
  • Ensure compliance with technical regulations and safety standards
  • Coordinate with manufacturing to address custom design requests
  • Present technical data to non-technical stakeholders clearly
  • Manage multiple customer projects with varying timelines and priorities
  • Use CRM tools to document customer engagements and follow-ups
  • Promote product reliability and lifecycle benefits during sales cycles
  • Assist in the development of technical marketing materials
  • Respond to requests for technical information from distributors
  • Evaluate performance data from installed systems
  • Support global accounts with localized technical expertise
  • Maintain accurate records of system modifications and field tests
