WCM White Cap Management LLC is looking for a Technical Sales Director to ensure exceptional service through effective management of sales and operational activities for large geographic areas and/or key accounts. What You'll Do
- Oversee all operations including expense controls, shrinkage, inventory management, and sales and distribution tasks.
- Oversee the management of regional sales teams and customer relationship building.
- Analyze sales and operating reports for opportunities and establish initiatives to address deficiencies.
- May be responsible for customer service oversight.
- May review and approve district advertising and promotional strategy and activities.
What We're Looking For
- BS/BA in a related discipline.
- Generally 9+ years of experience in a related field, including several years in a management/supervisory capacity.
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report.
Team & Environment
May manage department via multiple layers of managers OR directly supervise a staff of professional individual contributors at the senior or technical advisor level.
Work Mode
This position requires onsite work.
