Role Overview

This position leads the design and execution of sales strategies in the satellite telecommunications sector, with a focus on expanding market reach in Luxembourg and key international regions. You will play a central role in shaping commercial growth by securing high-value clients and partnerships, while aligning closely with technical and product teams to ensure market-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end sales strategies to consistently meet and surpass revenue goals in a specialized technology sector.
  • Identify and engage enterprise clients and strategic partners, building long-term relationships that strengthen market presence.
  • Negotiate and close complex commercial agreements, balancing customer value with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and product teams to align go-to-market plans with technical capabilities and roadmap priorities.
  • Track market dynamics, competitive developments, and evolving customer needs to inform strategy and product direction.
  • Generate reliable sales forecasts, pipeline assessments, and performance reports to guide leadership decision-making.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least seven years of proven success in sales and business development—preferably in satellite communications or a comparable high-tech industry. You should have a solid grasp of the sector’s technical and commercial landscape, with a track record of exceeding targets and building strategic alliances.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are essential, as is fluency in both English and French. Knowledge of German or Luxembourgish is an asset. A master’s degree or professional certification may strengthen your application.
