Klar is hiring a Tech Partnerships Manager

About the Role

What You'll Do

Lead the development and expansion of Klar’s strategic partnerships with leading technology platforms, including Shopify, TikTok, Meta, Google, Pinterest, and Snapchat. You’ll take full ownership of existing high-impact relationships while building new pathways within emerging alliances. Your focus will be on creating scalable referral engines by aligning Klar’s value proposition with each partner’s internal incentives and performance goals.

Map organizational structures across partner companies to identify key decision-makers, performance metrics, and integration opportunities. Develop tailored messaging and enablement programs for different teams—such as partner managers, sales, customer success, and vertical specialists—to ensure Klar is consistently recommended in relevant workflows.

Drive measurable outcomes by embedding Klar into partner ecosystems, optimizing how deals are sourced and credited internally. Build internal collateral and support systems that reduce friction and align with partner KPIs. Identify new programmatic collaboration opportunities, such as measurement partnerships, and replicate successful models across platforms.

Requirements

You bring at least three years of experience in partnership management, business development, or complex sales environments. You thrive in relationship-driven environments where trust and reliability are central to success. You’re highly organized, follow through on every commitment, and manage multiple concurrent relationships without losing momentum.

You’re deeply curious, motivated by learning, and eager to expand your expertise alongside others who share that drive. You adapt quickly to new domains and enjoy exploring diverse business models and technical ecosystems. Your ability to understand different organizational structures and stakeholder priorities allows you to position Klar effectively across varied teams and objectives.
