Shape the future of Edge AI by driving early-stage sales conversations in high-growth markets. As a Technical Sales Development Representative for the EMEA region, you'll play a key role in identifying and engaging decision-makers at target organizations. Your outreach will focus on uncovering technical challenges related to AI at the edge, initiating meaningful dialogues, and setting qualified meetings for the sales team.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and target companies that match our ideal customer profile using data-driven methods and market insights.
  • Reach out through phone, email, and digital platforms to start conversations with technical stakeholders.
  • Assess prospect needs, technical requirements, and decision-making structures to determine fit and readiness.
  • Communicate the value of advanced semiconductor solutions in real-world Edge AI applications with clarity and precision.
  • Log all interactions and track lead progress in CRM systems like HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure seamless handoffs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve targeting based on field feedback.
  • Stay informed about trends in AI, computer vision, and hardware innovation to speak confidently with technical audiences.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business-focused contacts.
  • Self-direction and persistence, especially when navigating complex sales cycles and handling frequent rejection.
  • Organizational excellence—managing multiple leads and priorities without sacrificing quality.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools is required.
  • Background in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field is highly valued.
  • Prior experience in business development, especially within AI, enterprise software, or hardware, is a plus.
  • Passion for emerging technologies, particularly semiconductors and on-device AI processing.
