Xebia sp. z o.o. is looking for a Technical Product Owner | EU to join an existing product team. You will own the development and scaling of a digital product in an API-driven environment, focusing on delivering measurable impact, improving adoption, and supporting integrations within an ownership-driven organization.

What You'll Do

Define and own the product roadmap aligned with measurable business outcomes.
Drive product initiatives focused on activation, adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams in an API-driven environment.
Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
Support partner integrations and platform scalability.
Monitor product performance using KPIs and North Star metrics.
Make prioritization decisions balancing speed, stability, and long-term scalability.
Identify risks early and ensure responsible product delivery.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience building, scaling, or significantly transforming digital products.
Demonstrated product impact supported by measurable outcomes (activation, retention, churn reduction, revenue growth).
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, OAuth2/JWT authentication, Webhooks, and API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI).
Ability to discuss architecture and technical trade-offs directly with engineering teams.
Experience working with product metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision making.
Strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to combine structured product management with entrepreneurial execution.
Openness to starting work from 6:00 AM CET.
Work from the European Union region and a valid work permit are required.
Active VAT status in the EU VIES registry.
